ANSWERS: What is contained in each gift pack? Every gift pack contains a gift certificate for your chosen experience (or choice of experiences) as well as any personalized message you would like us to include. It also contains an information pack providing all the vital details relating to the activity in question and full booking instructions. Select a gift certificate from our amazing range of America's most exciting experiences and we'll send it to you or your gift recipient directly, together with any message you would like us to include. Your gift certificate comes with full booking instructions, so you don't need to worry about choosing a date on your gift recipient's behalf. Our call centre staff work behind the scenes to help your employees and customers schedule their big day. Is there a minimum order requirement or registration fee? No. You can purchase just one gift certficate or one thousand. We do not charge middleman fees and you will pay no more to buy experiences from us than than you would pay to go to the venue directly. Our gift packaging is included in the price of every gift certificate. You will also enjoy the complimentary services or our call centre team who will work behind the scenes with your staff, customers and clients to schedule their big day. What are the packaging and delivery options? Our default shipping is DHL Ground. There is a standard cost of $8.75 per address for up to three gift packs. All packages are tracked and will be delivered nationwide within five business days of shipping. During the holiday period the delivery time may be extended by DHL at their discretion. If you are in a hurry to receive your gift pack, we can courier your gift pack by DHL 2-day, Standard Overnight or Priority Overnight for an additional charge. Are gift certificates transferable? We are happy to transfer the value of gift certificates towards any other activity in our range. Once an experience has been booked, gift certificates cannot be exchanged and customers are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the venue in question. What methods of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit cards. You can also pay by invoice once you have activated an account with us. Can I customize gift certificates with our company logo? Yes. Our gift certificates also come in a range of a packaging options from lightweight and compact for easy mailing to deluxe boxes, complete with silver cameras. Can I include our company collateral with gift certificates? Yes. We can accommodate most requests and will be happy to work with you to achieve your communications objectives. Do you have experiences across the U.S.? Yes. Many of our activities take place nationwide, others are held in specific locations only.
